Loft Conversions
Add a bedroom, ensuite or home office without losing garden space. We assess your roof and structure first, then recommend the conversion type that works best for the house.
Choose the right conversion
Dormer
The most common option: maximum headroom and floor area.
Hip-to-gable
Extend a hipped roof sideways to create a full-height room.
Rooflight
The least invasive: windows set into the existing roof slope.
Mansard
A near-vertical roof extension for the most usable space.

- Heating, electrics and plastering
- Decorating and finishing on request
Structure, stairs & safety
A loft conversion needs structural steel and floor strengthening, a safe staircase, fire doors and escape routes, and building regulations approval. We cover all of this, and party wall notices if you have neighbours.
